What is YAWL4Film?

The ARC Centre of Excellence for Creative Industries and Innovation (CCi) has bring together a number of thought leaders in different context, to collaborate and bring forth the state-of-the-art in the area of creative industries.

Among such collaborations is team comprising the Business Process Management (BPM) Group of Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and the Centre for Screen Business (CSB) of the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS). After nearly two years of close collaboration, the result is a suite of tools and know-hows that caters specifically for the filming industry. These suite of tools and know-hows is known under the collective term YAWL4Film.

I am a Producer/Director/Production Manager/Production Coordinator, What can YAWL4Film do for me?

YAWL4Film Call Sheet is the first tool we introduced to production crew. It automatically consolidates information from multiple sources (i.e. Cast, Crew, Location, Schedule) and generates the call sheet at the click of a button.

What are the benefits of using YAWL4Film Call Sheet?

YAWL4Film Call Sheet saves you at least 2 hours per day on call sheet generation with less potential for error.

How much does it cost to get YAWL4Film?

YAWL4Film is supported by an open source initiative, this means there is no up front cash involved.
